Welcome to the Monday Church Resource Library. Here you will find a host of resources to help you deepen your vision and develop your understanding of God’s Kingdom and your unique role in advancing it!
Our recommended resource is LifeWork: A Biblical Theology For What You Do Every Day by Darrow Miller. If you are part of a small group study and wish to study this book together, we have provided you with a chapter by chapter Study Guide. There is also a stand-alone 12-week LifeWork Bible Study you may wish to review.
If you are unsure about your calling or wish to deepen your understanding of your unique God-given design, we recommend My Place in HIStory: Discover Your Calling.
All work is based on a set of foundational assumptions. These are established by dominant cultural values, but are they Biblical? To truly bring social and cultural transformation, it is important to understand how the Bible and a Biblical worldview shape and form each area of work, and then function accordingly. Perhaps you want to reflect on what the Bible has to say about your particular vocational area. Here are some resources to help you.
There are a growing number of Christ-followers who are passionate about Christ-glorifying change and intentionally functioning in their vocation on the foundation of a Biblical worldview. If you are one and want to meet and connect with others who share our passion, consider joining a community.
A growing global network is forming to promote the integration of faith and work. Many excellent books have come out recently, and a number of organizations and networks have formed. Here are a few of our favorite organitzations/networks and books/curricula. If you wish to recommend a book, network or organization to be included on our list, please fill out this form.
